I love variety, so Zen Float Spa is a part time job which complements my more than full time job as a Real Estate Agent here in the beautiful Mount Maunganui. In my spare time you’ll find me up or around the mount, floating in hammocks or spending time with friends (probably eating together). I love floating - it’s like nothing else I’ve ever tried. It’s an escape from the busy world and a chance to switch off and do something for myself. I love what floating offers for muscle recovery and switching off too! There’s a real misconception for claustrophobes in that you’ll feel stuck and hemmed in. It is spacious, and you have the option to leave the pod lid open, the light on and earplugs out. I would say it took me three attempts to really fall in love with floating.
