HOW TO PURCHASE

  1. Find the Gift Voucher you’d like to purchase and hit the
    Buy Now button!

  1. You’ll be taken to a Checkout Page where you can complete your personal details, and enter a Gift Voucher Message if you wish to.

  2. Hit the Pay Now & Complete Order button and you’ll be directed to a secure online payment page to complete
    your order.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent containing a unique Certificate Code above which can be redeemed immediately. Please allow 24 hours to allow us to send
    you (or the recipient) a Digital Version of the Gift Voucher.

HOW TO REDEEM

Redeeming a Zen Gift Voucher is super easy!

The voucher holder simply needs to select the appropriate Float Session on our Float Session Page. They will then be re-directed to our Scheduling Page. Please note - the Gift Voucher can be redeemed for the Float Session stated on the Gift Voucher only.

From there all the voucher holder needs to do is select a session that suits them best! They will then be prompted to enter their personal details, including a contact number so we can send a reminder text.

The Redeem Gift Voucher / Unique Code button follows this, which will bring a box up to enter the unique code printed on the Gift Voucher. This will automatically deduct the amount of the voucher from the stay.
