Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Please read our policy carefully prior to booking. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or rescheduling please get in touch with us. We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling a booking.

For cancellations or rescheduling of less than 2 hours of the original appointment, or failure to arrive for your appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

If something unexpected happens, please send someone else on your behalf should you be unable to attend.

Your payment will be credited for another appointment should you cancel outside the 12 hour minimum notice period.

For pregnant guests who go into labor, we ask that you leave a message on our phone (027 562 0833) please.
