Returns and/or Refunds

Zen Float Spa will happily exchange or refund any product that proves defective or detrimental to your skin. Sadly for the indecisive, the Zen Float Spa refund policy does not cover changes of mind, so please choose carefully.

Items are returnable at your own cost to: Mount Float Ltd trading as Zen Float Spa.

Missing products in your delivery

If by chance, you happened to find a missing item from your order upon delivery, please contact our team on 027 562 0833 within 72 hours of receiving your parcel and we will immediately despatch the missing item to you. Keep your order reference number handy to assist us with locating your order.

Delivery Policy

Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. there is a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for all products. If your total amount ordered for products is greater than $100.00, your shipping is free. Delivery is only available within New Zealand. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery to the North Island locations and 3-5 business days to the South Island. A signature will be required at delivery address when receiving goods.

Please note during the holiday season, your delivery may take up to 7-10 working days to arrive. We apologise for the inconvenience.
